Personal Information
We collect your email address during registration for operational purposes including sending authentication emails, handling payments, and providing customer support. If you sign up using Sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymised relay email address from Apple rather than your real email address. If you later choose to enable email job alerts, we will ask for and store your real email address at that point. We may share your email address with third parties for operational purposes including sending emails and handling payments. Your personal information may be shared to comply with the law, to protect our rights, to protect the rights of others, or with your consent, or at your direction.
You can delete your personal information from our systems by deleting your account in your account settings. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Use of Cookies

Payment Processors

iOS subscriptions: In-App Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state. RevenueCat receives anonymised transaction data to determine your subscription status. You can read RevenueCat's privacy policy here.
Mobile Application
The Acclaimed.dev iOS app stores your authentication token securely in the iOS Keychain. The app does not collect device identifiers or use third-party analytics. Network requests are made to the Acclaimed.dev API to retrieve job listings and manage your account.
Modification of Policy
The owner reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes to the Privacy Policy through the last updated date specified at the end of this document. It is the responsibility of users to review the Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or modifications. Continued use of the products after changes to the Privacy Policy indicates acceptance of the modified policy.
